The Zayed Future Energy Prize

The Zayed Future Energy Prize will be one of the driving forces behind innovative energy solutions. Modelled on the status and integrity of the Nobel Prize it will draw attention to future energy issues which constitute some of the most urgent challenges facing the world’s leaders today. The Prize will recognise the achievements of governments, companies, NGOs, individuals and institutions in response to the crisis of climate change and sustainable global energy resources.

The winner of the first annual Prize will be awarded $1.5 million with two additional finalists receiving $350,000 each to further develop their ideas.
