Water Problems in Developing Countries

InnoCentive have posted a Challenge looking for proposals for an upcoming Challenge that will address a problem in the developing world, specifically related to water. The Seeker will pay out at least $8000 in awards. The problem must be one that warrants quick resolution and can be accomplished at a relatively low cost.
